MINY Residency Tour — Field Playbook

Purpose: Convert the itinerary into an operational field plan so each stop produces artists, studio partners, and content for the residency program.

Core Concept: Every city runs a MINY Micro-Event + Studio Tour + Artist Recruitment.

Core Mission in Every City

You only need three outcomes per city:

TargetGoal
Studio partner1–2 studios willing to host residencies
Artists5–10 potential participants
Content5–10 pieces of media

If you achieve this consistently, the tour becomes a global artist pipeline.

3. What You Tell Artists

Your pitch should be simple.

We run a residency where artists finish songs,

grow their audience, and release collectible editions

of their music.

Artists apply and must bring 1000 newsletter subscribers.

4. Content Strategy During Tour

Every stop should generate media.

Strategic Insight

If you execute this correctly, you're not just creating a residency.

You are building:

a global music creator network

That network becomes the distribution engine for MINY collectibles.
